Refund & Return Policy

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You can request a return only if:

• The item is damaged on arrival
• You received the wrong product
• The item is defective or not working properly

Return window: 2 days from the date of delivery.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items caused by customer
• Products without original packaging
• Opened accessories
• Clearance or sale items
• Customized orders

3. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

1. Email us at info@shreddersandshredding.com with your Order ID
2. Share photos/videos of the issue
3. Wait for approval
4. We will arrange pickup or request courier return

4. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued:

• To the original payment method
• Within 3–10 working days after inspection
• Shipping charges may not be refundable

5. REPLACEMENT

If stock is available:

• We will replace the item
  If not:
• A refund will be issued

6. CANCELLATIONS

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
